LIONS CHARITY BOOKSHOP
Darlington Lions Club runs a charity bookshop at 23 Blackwellgate, Darlington, DL1 5HY, opposite Binns. We have two units stocking thousands of donated second hand books.
We are open from 10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday, except for Bank Holidays and Christmas Holidays.
Book donations are welcome in the shop during opening hours. If you live in and around Darlington and have a large collection which we can sell in the shop, please call us on tel, 0345 8339874 and we can arrange to collect.
Darlington Lions has had a charity book shop in the town for over forty years and has occupied the current premises in Blackwellgate for the past twenty three years.
The shop is run entirely by Darlington Lions and volunteers and in the past forty years has raised hundreds of thousands of pounds for local charities. If you are interested in volunteering in our bookshop, please get in touch via our Contact page.
